Harvey Gilbert, MAI
 Harvey J. Gilbert, MAI has over thirty years of real estate experience in appraisal and valuation consulting, master planned community development, brokerage and leasing. He has held regional management positions in a national real estate firm, the real estate consulting practice of a big-six accounting firm, and the land development subsidiary of a Fortune 100 forest products company. For the past six years, Harvey has been President and Broker-in-Charge of Gilbert Realty Company, LLC, a Savannah based firm specializing in commercial real estate and land development. Over the last ten years, Harvey has managed the development and sale of planned unit developments with over 350 million dollars in sales volume in Coastal Georgia and South Carolina. Harvey earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, holds an MAI designation as a Member of the Appraisal Institute and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified General Appraiser in Georgia and South Carolina. He is Past President of the Savannah/Hilton Head Commercial Board of Realtors and the Savannah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is extensively involved in the community service arena.

Stephen Ezelle, CCIM
 Stephen D. Ezelle, CCIM earned a B.S. degree in Real Estate from The University of South Carolina and joined Gilbert Realty Company, LLC in September 2003. During the past eight years with Gilbert Realty Company, LLC and Gilbert & Lattimore Commercial Real Estate, LLC, Stephen has developed a multi-faceted skill set that encompasses a thorough understanding of land development, commercial brokerage and leasing and the valuation / consulting aspects of commercial and industrial real estate. Through this diverse skill set, Stephen is able to provide a comprehensive level of service to clients based on a high level of knowledge, experience and integrity. Stephen earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation which recognizes expertise in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis and is held by less than 1 percent of the commercial real estate professionals worldwide. He is a licensed sales associate in Georgia and South Carolina as well as a Georgia State Registered Appraiser and currently serves on the Board of the Savannah - Hilton Head Realtors Commercial Alliance.
