Dogwood Court is a 8,000 square foot office building consisting of five executive office suites ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,550 square feet.  Current Tenants include Swinson & Haynes Accounting Firm, Abercrombie, Simmons & Gillette, MBA Diabetic Solutions, Open Range Communications and PCS Contracting.

The office leasing team at Gilbert & Lattimore brought the Dogwood Court Building from 57 to 100% occupancy within four months of accpeting the assignment.
